The problem

You already tried ChatGPT. It fizzled.

You already tried ChatGPT. Maybe Claude too. You had a couple of good moments, then it fizzled. It gave you generic answers. It forgot what you told it. It didn't do the thing you actually needed done, so you closed the tab and went back to doing the work yourself.

That's not an AI problem. That's a teaching problem. Nobody has shown you AI in the shape of your actual work. They show you neat tricks and viral tweets. Meanwhile your inbox has 400 unread, your calendar ate your afternoon, and the follow-up you meant to do on Tuesday is still sitting there on Friday.

I built this course for the operator who's drowning in the same pile I was drowning in two years ago. It's the shortest path I know from "AI is confusing" to "AI is quietly running my morning."

What you get

Six things, all included.

  • 35 short lessons, 5 to 8 minutes each, on demand
  • One-page checklists at the end of every act. Screenshot them and go
  • A working AI setup on your own laptop by the end of the first week
  • Three parallel tracks so you go deep on your world: small-business operator, real estate investor, or agency owner
  • A first working agent that you built yourself by lesson 31
  • Lifetime access. One payment. Every future update included

Curriculum

Five acts. 35 lessons. Skim the whole thing in 30 seconds.

Act 1

AI, actually

The foundation. Which tools matter, how to talk to them, and a working setup on your laptop.

  • 01Welcome and what you'll actually walk away with
  • 02The three AIs you need to know: ChatGPT, Claude, Grok
  • 03The four prompt rules that fix 90% of bad AI output
  • 04Custom GPTs and Claude Projects: turning chat into a tool
  • 05My email triage assistant that saves me 45 minutes every morning
  • 06The three mistakes that make people give up on AI
  • 07What "context" actually means, and why AI keeps forgetting you
  • 08Week-1 setup checklist
Act 2

AI at your desk

The daily desk-work stack. Email, meetings, docs, research, images.

  • 09Meeting notes, transcripts, and summaries
  • 10Inbox triage that actually works
  • 11Documents that write themselves
  • 12Research on autopilot
  • 13Images: generate, edit, stop paying for stock photos
  • 14The "second brain": giving AI your business context
  • 15Desk-work stack checklist
Act 3

Pick your track

Three vertical tracks. Pick one, or watch all three.

Operator (16–19)

Customer replies, weekly reports, the auto morning brief, operator's stack checklist.

Real Estate (20–23)

Deal analysis, comps and market research, investor updates, RE stack checklist.

Agency & Solo (24–27)

Client work at 3x speed, content pipeline, smart proposals, agency stack checklist.

Act 4

Your first agent

Past chatbots. Actually building something that goes off and does work.

  • 28What "agent" really means
  • 29Build your first agent in 20 minutes
  • 30What breaks and how to fix it
  • 31Agent-builder stack checklist
Act 5

Buy vs. build

The honest conversation about doing it yourself vs. hiring it out.

  • 32The real cost of AI at your business
  • 33Privacy: what leaves your walls and what stays
  • 34Behind the curtain: my actual private AI agent, live on my phone
  • 35Your next 30 days: the DIY roadmap, or the done-for-you path

Who teaches this

Chad Choquette. Operator, not course guy.

I'm Chad Choquette. I run a real estate investment company, a capital raise business, and Stratus Labs, where we install private AI agents inside other people's small businesses. I'm the principal of Go Vertical Development. I work out of a home office in South Carolina. I do not have a big team. I have AI, and that is how I got most of my day back.

I'm an operator, not a course guy. Every workflow in this course is one I actually run, in a real business, with real money on the line. If it didn't work I wouldn't teach it. I'd be too busy losing money.

Who this is for

The short list, and the honest not-for-you list.

Made for you if you're a:

  • Small-business operator drowning in email, follow-up, and admin
  • Real estate investor or operator running deals out of your own head
  • Agency owner, consultant, or solo professional billing $150 to $500 an hour who wants those hours back
  • Founder or principal who already tried ChatGPT once and bounced off

Not for you if you're a:

  • Developer looking for LangGraph internals or model architecture
  • Hobbyist who wants to argue about which model is "smartest"
  • "AI curious" viewer who wants theory instead of workflows

If you're in the first list, this is the shortest path I know. If you're in the second list, the course will bore you. There are better resources for what you want.

What people are saying

Early notes from the first cohort.

Placeholder testimonial — will replace
I stopped opening my inbox with dread. I set up the email triage workflow from Act 2 in about an hour, and now I look at a summary every morning instead of 200 emails. First time in three years I've felt on top of it.
— Small business operator, home services industry

I used the deal analysis workflow on a small multifamily last week. What used to be a Saturday afternoon of spreadsheets was 20 minutes. I didn't buy the deal, but I knew why in under half an hour instead of half a day.
— Real estate investor, Southeast US

The proposal template alone paid for the course five times over on my first send. Client came back the next morning and signed. I'm using the content pipeline daily now.
— Agency owner, B2B marketing

FAQ

Fair questions before you spend $197.

Do I need to know how to code?
No. There is no code in this course. If you can use Gmail, you can do every workflow in here.
How much time will this take?
About 3 to 4 hours of video total, plus setup time as you go. Most people finish in a week or two, working at their own pace. You can push through in a weekend if you want.
How is this different from free YouTube tutorials?
Structure, operator perspective, and the community. YouTube has plenty of clips. Nobody strings them into a sequence that ends with you actually running an AI-driven morning brief and your own first working agent. That's what this course is.
What if I don't have a business yet?
The course will still teach you how to use AI. But the biggest win here is time back on real work. If you don't have real work to save time on yet, you'll get less out of it. Fair warning.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. 14 days, money back, no questions asked. Email support and it's done.
What tools do I need to buy?
For most lessons, the free tiers of ChatGPT, Claude, and Grok are enough. A couple of lessons in Act 2 and Act 4 are noticeably better on paid tiers (about $20/month each). I'll flag which is which so you can decide.
Will this be outdated in 6 months?
The tools will change. The way I teach you to think about AI won't. Every course update is included in your purchase, and the community is where we keep up with what actually matters vs. hype-cycle noise.
What if I want the AI system built for me instead of building it myself?
That's what my Stratus Labs product is for. Finish the course and you'll get a promo code auto-emailed to you for $200 off Stratus onboarding, good for 14 days. More on that below.

The graduation offer

Finish the course. Get $200 off Stratus Labs onboarding.

If you finish the course and decide you'd rather have the system built for you than build it yourself, I'll take $200 off Stratus Labs onboarding.

Stratus installs a private AI agent inside your business. It learns your playbook, remembers your contacts and documents, and works inside the tools you already use. It's the same thing I run in my own businesses. Not a generic chatbot.

The promo code auto-emails to you the day you complete lesson 35, and it's valid for 14 days from that email. No hard sell. If DIY is the right call for you, the course already handed you the roadmap in lesson 35.

Spend a weekend. Get your mornings back.

You can keep white-knuckling your inbox, or you can spend a weekend learning to use the tools that are already sitting on your laptop. 3 to 4 hours of video. One payment. Lifetime access.
