Self-paced course · 35 lessons · Lifetime access
Use AI the way business owners actually do.
A self-paced course for operators, investors, and agency owners. No code. No theory. The real workflows I use every day in my own businesses.
The problem
You already tried ChatGPT. It fizzled.
You already tried ChatGPT. Maybe Claude too. You had a couple of good moments, then it fizzled. It gave you generic answers. It forgot what you told it. It didn't do the thing you actually needed done, so you closed the tab and went back to doing the work yourself.
That's not an AI problem. That's a teaching problem. Nobody has shown you AI in the shape of your actual work. They show you neat tricks and viral tweets. Meanwhile your inbox has 400 unread, your calendar ate your afternoon, and the follow-up you meant to do on Tuesday is still sitting there on Friday.
I built this course for the operator who's drowning in the same pile I was drowning in two years ago. It's the shortest path I know from "AI is confusing" to "AI is quietly running my morning."

Who teaches this
Chad Choquette. Operator, not course guy.
I'm Chad Choquette. I run a real estate investment company, a capital raise business, and Stratus Labs, where we install private AI agents inside other people's small businesses. I'm the principal of Go Vertical Development. I work out of a home office in South Carolina. I do not have a big team. I have AI, and that is how I got most of my day back.
I'm an operator, not a course guy. Every workflow in this course is one I actually run, in a real business, with real money on the line. If it didn't work I wouldn't teach it. I'd be too busy losing money.
Who this is for
The short list, and the honest not-for-you list.
Made for you if you're a:
- Small-business operator drowning in email, follow-up, and admin
- Real estate investor or operator running deals out of your own head
- Agency owner, consultant, or solo professional billing $150 to $500 an hour who wants those hours back
- Founder or principal who already tried ChatGPT once and bounced off
Not for you if you're a:
- Developer looking for LangGraph internals or model architecture
- Hobbyist who wants to argue about which model is "smartest"
- "AI curious" viewer who wants theory instead of workflows
If you're in the first list, this is the shortest path I know. If you're in the second list, the course will bore you. There are better resources for what you want.
What people are saying
Early notes from the first cohort.
I stopped opening my inbox with dread. I set up the email triage workflow from Act 2 in about an hour, and now I look at a summary every morning instead of 200 emails. First time in three years I've felt on top of it.
I used the deal analysis workflow on a small multifamily last week. What used to be a Saturday afternoon of spreadsheets was 20 minutes. I didn't buy the deal, but I knew why in under half an hour instead of half a day.
The proposal template alone paid for the course five times over on my first send. Client came back the next morning and signed. I'm using the content pipeline daily now.

The graduation offer
Finish the course. Get $200 off Stratus Labs onboarding.
If you finish the course and decide you'd rather have the system built for you than build it yourself, I'll take $200 off Stratus Labs onboarding.
Stratus installs a private AI agent inside your business. It learns your playbook, remembers your contacts and documents, and works inside the tools you already use. It's the same thing I run in my own businesses. Not a generic chatbot.
The promo code auto-emails to you the day you complete lesson 35, and it's valid for 14 days from that email. No hard sell. If DIY is the right call for you, the course already handed you the roadmap in lesson 35.
Spend a weekend. Get your mornings back.
You can keep white-knuckling your inbox, or you can spend a weekend learning to use the tools that are already sitting on your laptop. 3 to 4 hours of video. One payment. Lifetime access.
