Live on Google Meet · Wednesday, October 21, 2026 · 1:30–3:00 PM ET

You don't need to learn AI. You need your processes out of your head.

I show you what runs my companies. A live class on Google Meet for small-business owners and operators, hosted by me with Alyssa Ritchie: the real systems, what worked, what broke, and time for your questions.

What this is

The systems that actually run my companies, shown live.

Most owners don't have an AI problem. They have a "the process only exists in my head" problem. Every follow-up, every status update, every handoff depends on you remembering it, so nothing can run without you.

This class is about getting that work out of your head and into a system. I run three companies on AI systems and agents: the recaps, the follow-ups, the meeting notes, the task board my team works out of. I'll show you the real setup, including the parts that are duct tape, and the things I tried that broke.

You leave knowing which process of yours to pull out first, and what it looks like once it runs itself.

What we'll cover

Four parts, 90 minutes, live.

Part 1

What runs my three companies

The AI systems and agents I use in real operations, on screen. Not a slide deck about what AI might do one day.

Part 2

Out of your head, into a system

How to take a process you repeat every week and turn it into one that runs itself.

Part 3

What worked and what broke

The honest version, so you can skip my mistakes and the parts that are still oversold.

Part 4

Live Q&A

Bring your questions and your messiest process. We answer on your business, not a generic one.

Who this is for

Small-business owners and operators.

Made for you if you're a:

  • Owner of a small business who is still the one holding every process
  • Manager or operations person running the day-to-day for an owner
  • Real estate agent or transaction coordinator buried in follow-up
  • Someone who tried ChatGPT, got a couple of good moments, and bounced off

Not for you if you're a:

  • Developer who wants model internals or framework comparisons
  • Person who wants to debate which model is smartest
  • Someone looking for a recorded course to watch later — this one is live

FAQ

Fair questions before you spend $49.

When is it, exactly?
Wednesday, October 21, 2026, from 1:30 to 3:00 PM Eastern. Teaching first, then live Q&A.
Do I need to know anything technical?
No. There is no code. If you can use Gmail, you can follow everything in this class.
How do I get the Google Meet link?
By email, to the address you use at checkout. If it has not arrived by the morning of the class, email learn@runstratus.com and we will send it to you directly.
What should I bring?
A laptop or phone that can join Google Meet, one process you repeat every week that you would rather not hold in your head, and your questions.
What if I can't make it live?
Email learn@runstratus.com before the class and tell us. The value here is the live part, so we would rather sort it out with you than have you pay for a seat you cannot use.
Can I get one-on-one help instead?
Yes. AI Time with Chad is 1:1 coaching on Google Meet, from a single 30-minute session to a month of weekly sessions. See the coaching page.
Is this the same thing as the AI for Everyone course?
No. The course is 35 self-paced lessons for $197. This is one live class for $49, where you see the real systems and get your questions answered.
