Course 2 · 35 lessons · The sequel to AI for Everyone

In the first course you built one agent. This one builds the rest of the system.

Thirty-five lessons that turn one agent into a whole automated business. Every build shown step by step in n8n, no code, and every build ships with the finished n8n workflow.

Why a second course

Using AI is not the same as having an automated business.

I run several companies from a home office in South Carolina without a big team. I have agents, not a chatbot: a morning brief that is waiting before I wake up, an inbox agent that drafts in my voice for me to approve, and follow-ups that don't get dropped. My own system is custom-built. This course teaches you to build a simpler version of the same ideas yourself in n8n: a morning brief, an inbox agent with memory, follow-ups, document intake, and an AI employee with its own to-do list.

In the course, every agent you build writes a row to one log sheet, and you read it for fifteen minutes a week. That log is the difference between using AI and having an automated business.

What's included

One point per lesson. A build on the screen every time.

  • 35 lessons across five acts, about two and three-quarter hours of video, with English captions
  • 38 finished n8n workflows, ready to import, in one download
  • One thing to do before you press play on the next lesson, every time
  • Three tracks in Act 3: operator, real estate, agency. Build the one that is your business
  • Lifetime access and every future update to this course

Curriculum

Five acts. 35 lessons.

Act 1

The automation stack

One platform, one operating database, logs, memory and a kill switch. Unglamorous, and the act that decides whether your agents are still running in six months.

  • 01Welcome back: from one agent to a whole automated business
  • 02The anatomy of an automated business
  • 03Where your business actually lives: the operating database
  • 04n8n vs Zapier vs Make: pick your platform and stop switching
  • 05Webhooks and APIs without code
  • 06The approval pattern: let it act without letting it loose
  • 07Logs, memory and the kill switch
  • 08Your Automation-Stack checklist (screenshot this)
Act 2

The agents every business needs

Morning brief, inbox v2, follow-ups, scheduler, document intake and the meeting agent. All of them logging every run.

  • 09The morning brief, fully automated
  • 10Inbox agent v2: thread memory and your tone
  • 11The follow-up agent: nobody falls through the cracks
  • 12The scheduler: booking, reminders, no-shows
  • 13Document intake: PDFs, invoices and contracts read for you
  • 14The meeting agent, unattended
  • 15Your Core-Agents checklist (screenshot this)
Act 3

Your track, the whole system

Pick one. Operator: lead to quote to invoice. Real estate: listing to underwrite to owner report. Agency: prospect to proposal to onboarding to report.

  • 16Lead to Quote: the operator's first agent (Track A)
  • 17Dispatch and Customer Updates (Track A)
  • 18Invoicing and Collections Agent (Track A)
  • 19Your Operator Checklist (Track A)
  • 20Deal-Flow Pipeline: first-pass underwrite (Track B)
  • 21Lender and capital-partner CRM automation (Track B)
  • 22Property Operations: rent, maintenance, owner reports (Track B)
  • 23Your real-estate checklist (Track B)
  • 24Lead to Proposal to Signature (Track C)
  • 25Client Onboarding + Intake Agent (Track C)
  • 26Reporting and Content on Autopilot (Track C)

Act 4

Your own AI employee

A brain, a task queue, and the loop that ties them together, on the cloud model you already use. Running it on your own machine is the optional last step.

  • 28Workflows versus an employee: what changes when the agent has a memory and a to-do list
  • 29Give it a brain and a task queue
  • 30Turn it on: the loop
  • 31Run a private model on your own machine (optional)
Act 5

Run it like a business

Scorecards, security, a sample day of the system running, and your next ninety days.

  • 32Testing, scorecards and guardrails: how you know it's working
  • 33Security and privacy for an automated business
  • 34Behind the curtain II: how my agents run the company
  • 35Your next ninety days

FAQ

Fair questions before you spend $197.

Do I need to know how to code?
No. Everything is built on screen in n8n with no code. The only terminal work is the optional last lesson in Act 4, running a model on your own machine.
Which automation platform does it use?
n8n, on its cloud plan for Acts 1 to 3 and most of Act 4 (the demos were recorded on a self-hosted copy of n8n 2.40, so a few screens may look slightly different). Lesson 4 compares n8n, Zapier and Make and helps you pick one and stop switching.
How long will the builds take?
Most lessons are 3 to 6 minutes. Some builds take thirty to sixty minutes of your own time. The watch time is the highlight reel; the build is the practice.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. 14 days, money back, no questions asked. Email learn@runstratus.com and it's done.
What if I'd rather have it built for me?
That's what Stratus Labs does. Lesson 35 lays out both paths: build it yourself on a four-week map, or have it built. Graduates get their first month of Stratus free (Basic is $50 a month, Pro is $150 a month, no setup fee).

One agent was the start. Build the business around it.

Thirty-five lessons, one system, and a log you read for fifteen minutes a week.
